The Fallout from 'Fall'

Hey guys!

What a massive couple of weeks it's been! We've released Fall, done a TON of shows and have some more in the pipeline! We thought we'd share with you some of the good vibes which we've been getting from the interwebs and people that have heard our latest single, which if you missed is right here! (Please share share share!)

PEOPLE KEEP SAYING SHIT ABOUT US!

There's been a heap of action on the blogesphere all around the world for Fall, here's some of the good shit that people have been saying!

"The new offering Fall is an emotionally driven song, with singer/songwriter Matt Burke saying it was written “after a bit of an emotional rollercoaster that I’d been on.” The fuzzy guitar and driving drum beat is countered by Burke’s gentle and hazy vocals, and the hook of the chorus is downright catchy. The duo only formed a little over two years ago, but have already made quite a name for themselves, getting heaps of airtime, featuring on RAGE, and making their way over to a massive festival in Singapore.
"We’re sure we’ll be seeing a whole lot more of them soon." - www.aaabackstage.com

"Perth singer-songwriter Matt Burke and his drummer cousin formed Foreign Architects early in 2013. With airplay, support slots, and festival appearances all in place, the duo have had a pretty good 2015 whichever way you slice it. And they're now set to release new single Fall, its rumbling desperation and chords of despair are (contrary to how I'm making it sound...) going to make your year that much better, too" - www.recordrewindplay.co.uk

"The munching percussion furrows its way across the room as Foreign Architects utilise the drum-kit as a lead instrument in Fall, how could I not be enamoured? The solidly planted guitar and bass amplification maintains the fulminations of the sticks. Vocal adds a different dimension to the two and a half minutes of rumble as it is of softer tone giving the duo the ability to thread a brief song with much to consider. It is little surprise Foreign Architects have garnered much regional interest, Fall sows the seeds for a much broader international following than having been gained from a trip to Singapore." - www.emergingindiebands.com

ITS SHOWTIME! (and its a bloody good one!)

As part of the WAM festival, we have been asked to HEADLINE the Rosemount Rumble, taking place on Friday 6th November at the Rosemount (i'm sure you guys had made that connection all by yourselves though). The WAM festival celebrates West Aussie Music and we are thrilled to have been asked to participate in what is going to be a killer night of bands put together in a lineup which everyone will love.

LAUNCHTIME!

A pic above from our single Launch, many thanks to everyone that came and supported us, and a huge thanks also to everyone that caught us supporting Jake and the Cowboys at Jimmys Den last week. Great turnouts to both gigs and such warm vibes from everyone, we love doing our thing for you and hope to see you again soon :)

That's all from us for now, our eternal thanks for all the support and shares of our latest work and for coming out at all hours of the night to see us play, your support means the world to us and keeps us doing what we do!

Cheers,

Matt & Andrew
