Hey all,
its been a while between drinks on here, just wanted to post a short one saying thanks to everyone for the support in 2014, it was the band's second year, and we managed to achieve our second year of commercial airplay thanks to Blake Williams 'The Scene' on Mix 94.5 - Do yourself a favour and tune in, its a great show to keep in the loop with the local scene as well as the bigger touring acts from around the country! http://www.mix.com.au/shows/the-scene/
We also fulfilled a dream of running onto NIB stadium by playing Bound for Glory at halftime during a Perth Glory match, infront of 11,000 people (minus those lining up for hotdogs), released the Good Times music video which earned us additional airplay around the country on various stations as well as a few others in Perth.
We went on some amazing road trips, shared the love with many far and wide, and have been accumulating enough on the road stories to write a short book.
2015
Holds some big things, and we're not wasting any time getting into it. We've built a team around us to release crowd favourite 'Clover' in mid-March, and are currently working hard on the finishing touches as well as getting the Music Video underway. We are also DYING to announce that we will be opening for _________ in late February - but until the event organiser announces it, our lips are forced sealed. Lets just say that they featured one of the most interesting 'vocalists' ever when they were on Triple J's like a version - that should give enough clues to those of you playing at home without getting us in hot water, and as soon as the press release is out you'll be the first to know :)
Big thanks to all the support from everyone during 2014, please keep sharing our music, our videos, showing up to gigs, and staying cool! Hope your dreams come true in 2015!
