Eskimo Joe Support/Illuminate Street Party Goss!

Never as a teenager sitting on my bed nutting out the riff to 'From the Sea' or asking every girl in high school I knew called Sarah "Won't you tell me your name" did I think that a few years later we'd have the honour of opening for Eskimo Joe, virtually in our own backyard.

We're still buzzing after the City of Gosnells' Illuminate Street Party event as part of their #homegrown month, which saw us, alongside the amazing Bears and Dolls and Johannah Grace share the stage with legendary Australian band, Eskimo Joe.

We were thrilled to bits to land the gig and can't thank the City of Gosnells enough for the opportunity. We were touched by the response from the crowd, which helped us sell out of CDs before we had the chance to finish our set and start the meet & greet. It was such a special night and to see so many of our long time friends and supporters, as well as making so many new ones that we hope will come along on the journey absolutely made our day.
Eskimo Joe were of course incredible, and it was a privilige to witness it up close from the side of the stage!

Bears and Dolls played a killer set, incredible sounds that took everyone into their magical world - if you haven't checked our their stuff then do yourself a favour! www.facebook.com/bearsanddolls Photo: Elliot Cahill www.facebook.com/CahillFilmsJohannah Grace kept the crowd fixated for the entirity of her set, showcasing her amazing tunes! www.facebook.com/johannahgracemusic Photo: Daren Kelly https://www.facebook.com/Daren.Kelly.Photography
