Glory, Beach Bums and Taking on NIB Security

Hey guys,
Great to finally find the time to write to you all and fill you in on whats been of the happening lately!

PERTH GLORY HALFTIME SHOW
Well first things first - A HUGE Thanks to everyone that cheered us on at the halftime show at the Glory a few weeks ago. We were thrilled to have entertained 11,000 people (minus those rushing off to grab a hotdog) and proud to have (so we claim) inspired the lads on to victory in the second half.

It was a performance that nearly didn't eventuate however, after we'd been given our passes on to the ground by club staff earlier in the day, a security guard took exception to us attempting to silently tune up pre-match (as previously arranged) and insisted on getting further clearance from every level of Glory, FFA, WA State Government, Workplace Ombudsmen and Jedi Council officials before finally letting us set foot on the pristine astroturf that surrounds the inside barrier of NIB stadium.

To date, there have been zero recording instances of pre-match entertainers attempting to gain entry onto a pitch half an hour before kick off with the goal of putting spells on the turf, however this head security guard made sure the first case sure as hell wouldn't occur on his watch.
If you missed the show, you can see it here (apologies for the sound quality, it was recorded on a pre-nokia 3210 from in the grandstand)

Post-Match, we waited til the crowd subsided, and players had left the pitch to go and load out our gear, but it appeared we were still a large threat of streaking across an empty pitch, in plain view of the 7 people left inside the stadium, so again had to wait another half hour to do the fun bit. But we can't blame the guy, after all, nobody will forget the careless security guards who at the Lithuania vs West Germany match who let their guard down and fell for the old 'halftime show musicians pretending to collect their gear but instead ditching their clothes and streaking to an empty stadium embarrassment, tarnishing the nations image for decades to come' fiasco.

GOOD TIMES CLIP PREVIEW & FOUR5NINE BAR SHOW
Last time we told you about our new clip for 'Good Times' (hear the song here) that people with the Jane EP have been asking for for a long time.
The good news is its in the final stages of editing, and we shall be launching it soon, before our gig with Scarlet Therapy on May 24th Four5Nine Bar. These guys play an ultra-cool brand of pop-rock and if (presumably if you're reading this) you dig our stuff, then we promise you'll love theirs! Here's the preview to the video clip! See you guys round!
